MIT License requirements for comtypes #927

Hello All - this is more of a question rather than an issue. I did not know where else to post it, hopefully this is OK.
I have only recently started using Python for developing macros for a COM application (CATIA CAD software). I started out using pywin32, but have now switched to comtypes for various reasons - it's working well for me. I intend to package my macro into an EXE for distribution using pyinstaller. As far as I can see, comtypes uses an MIT license model and so I should be free to use it, but do I need to include the LICENSE.txt file in my EXE package somehow to keep on the right side of the law?
As you can probably tell, I'm quite new to developing using open source packages!
