I can't seem to get any chart functionality working by using the community edition. Within the web admin I right-click on a symbol within a stream but the 'Chart' button is greyed out and I cant seem to get it to work. Is this a disabled feature in the CE? I am in particular looking at charting bars, open,high,low, close. I generated sample bars as described in the following link: https://kb.timebase.info/community/overview/quick-start
