When initiating a file download when using the PWA, depending on system, the download happens inside the PWA tab, breaking immersion. We need to read up on how to do downloads in a PWA. Maybe opening in a new tab suffices.
Same goes for links to external site (e.g. from markdown). How should we handle federated instances?
