Volunteers often have to participate in a number of trainings to be allowed to participate in events. Currently, this has to be checked manually with the help of working hours and event types that qualify as trainings.
Similar to EventAutoQualification, it would make it easier for planner if they could define the number of hours required (in a specific event type or tagged with a meta variable (#1460)) after which a qualification is granted that tracks this success. Technically this is probably attached to the finish signal of participations, then checking if the condition is fulfilled and creating a qualification consequence
