Description
Implementation ideas
When a node is unable to decode a header it could end in an error. If a header is unable to be decoded the node should require human intervention and a height added to the binary to avoid the blob and header associated to that height. In that scenario the last block, prior to the issue would be considered finalised and the next block skipped.
