Current behavior (bug description)
A Fiscal Code with birthplace code set as Z723 (code for country POLINESIA FRANCESE (ISOLE) ) rise
'birthplace' / 'birthdate' arguments ('Z723' / datetime.datetime(1998, 1, 13, 0, 0)) not mapped to code

Expected behavior
CF with code Z723 should be recognised as a Foreign Person born in POLINESIA FRANCESE (ISOLE) .
I've checked on file fublished on https://www.anagrafenazionale.interno.it/area-tecnica/tabelle-di-decodifica/ but this country isn't mapped.
On http://www.elesh.it/storiastati/storia_stato.asp?codcat=Z723 country is present:
