Default service port change breaks with default apiBaseUrl

Hi,

Previously we were using the server with version 9.1.2 and use github runners in another namespace.

By changing the default port to 3000 from 80 (cf. https://github.com/falcondev-oss/github-actions-cache-server/blame/89157c3cbd38c32a5dcd9bf97fc2646ded72fd28/install/kubernetes/github-actions-cache-server/values.yaml#L166).

It breaks the default apiBaseUrl value (http://) defaulting to port 80.
