How make GSD page as Startpage or New Tab in Firefox on Android?

Ok, I have successfully installed Group Speed Dial WebExt in Firefox v145 on Android (16).

How how EXACTLY can I assign GSD to the

• Startpage
  and
• New Tab

?

Sadly, Firefox doesn't allow overriding New tab page on Android yet:

So the best you can do is add link to Group Speed Dial to your shortcuts that Firefox shows instead of New tab page.

I'm sorry about the delay, I've been visiting my sister as I need some rest...
I'm afraid I have only more bad news.
Firefox for Android is currently very limited and doesn't really allow you to change the start page or new tab page.
What's worse, you can't even create a link on your Android screen - I mean, you can, but it won't work:

There is however something good coming up - I'm slowly getting ready to release new Cloud Dials webpage, that will work almost as good as the installed addon. And since it's a normal webpage, you will be able to create a shortcut on your Android home screen.

Other than that, we can only hope Firefox for Android team will fix the issue soon.
