Add options to move dials

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When I add Dial to group, it is added to the end of the list.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Add a general option to add dial on top of list instead of the end.
2. Add option in context menu "Move to top" and "Move to end".
3. Add option in context menu to move dial by position "Move to X" : move dial between W and Y.

Sounds reasonable, I'll put it on my todo list.
But could you describe the 3rd one? I'm not sure what you mean there.

Add a "Move to" item in context menu that open screen to choose Dial position.
Eg: if you type 5, Dial moves after the fourth Dial.
