[REQUEST] Last week's report should take into account vacation and sicks days per person

• I checked to make sure that this feature has not already been requested

Problem:

As a supervisor
I want to see last week's Slack report and see a note per person about vacation and/or sick days
So that I can assess the totals and see if I need to reach out

At the time of submitting this, it seems that VacationTracker doesn't offer an API. This means that we may need to integrate with Google Calendar.
