Missing licenses

I just found that some of the main repositories (including protocol, ConfigurableFirmata and firmata.js) have no license specified. This should be fixed, to have clean conditions for reuse of the code/documentation. I guess it should be either LGPL or MIT (I'd prefer the later, but I'm not the main author of this).

I guess this was just forgotten when these repos where originally created.
