feat: remove dashboard web server and related scripts

- Deleted the entire dashboard web server implementation including the HTML, server logic, and associated scripts.
- Removed the dashboard shell script that monitored the status of agents.
- Eliminated the polling script for checking agent statuses.
- Removed the script for spawning subagents
