SQLite Error

Whenever I run TCE-Relay I get the following error:

sqlite3.OperationalError: unable to open database file

Is TCE installed in c:\TCE?

If not, please specify the path to TCE like:

TCE-RelayClient.exe --tce-path D;\TCE
