Can't see inputs specified in manifest

Hi guys, I've been following the tutorial on how to create this example gear. But when I run fw gear local --help, I don't see the my_name, message_file or the num_rep inputs specified in the manifest. Here are the steps I took:

1. Cloned this repo to get all the required files.

2. Modified the "image" key under the custom tag with my own Docker image in manifest.json

3. Ran fw gear local --help

CLI input:
fw gear local --help

Output:

Run your gear from the current folder

Usage:
  fw gear local [flags]

Flags:
  -h, --help   help for local

I am running on Windows, perhaps this could be an OS issue?

Just to add: I've also tried fw gear local --my_name="Homer Simpson"--message_file=message.txt --num_rep=5

and got the following:

Error: unknown flag: --my_name
Usage:
  fw gear local [flags]

Flags:
  -h, --help   help for local

Seems like it is just not registering the configs...

Update: When fw gear local is run, I get the following:

--my_name is a required flag. Try --help for more information.

If you'd like to make this config value optional, set a `default` value!

So it seems like the inputs are getting recognised somehow, but when they are specified (i.e. Running fw gear local --my_name="Homer Simpson"--message_file=message.txt --num_rep=5), an unknown flag error is raised...
