404 error when clicking on a tag the resources page

Describe the bug

On the resources page (https://forrt.org/resources/) when clicking the links under the heading: "Number of resources per FORRT Clusters" you get a 404 error.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the resources page: https://forrt.org/resources/
2. Click on A tag

3. You will get directed to a page like this: https://forrt.org/tags/reproducibility%20and%20replicability%20knowledge
4. See the 404 error

Expected behavior
A page listing the contents with this tag
