Add missing resources fields

Overview

I was creating a schema on datapackage-ui and I missed some fields when adding resources:

• mediatype
• bytes
• hash

Bytes and hash could be inferred on the upload of a file.

There might be more on the specification - this is the ones that I missed compared with published schemas from SPI.
