basePath Missing Error.

first of all , appreciate your effort ,thanks.
when i downloaded and tried to run it ,an error was displayed which indicates that basePath config couldn't be found .I noticed that you have configured it in common.php, but did not load it anywhere .I fixed it manually .then it worked .
my question is , is this a missconfiguration or did i missed some steps myself.
