Package versions not compatible from `environment.yml`

Hi Francesco,

I'm currently trying to reproduce your experiment, but I run into an issue when running your notebooks. After I created a conda environment following the environment.yml file, there was one error that one scikit-learn function cannot be imported (in notebooks/phalanges_explanation.ipynb), as shown in the screenshot below:

It seems that there is some compatibility issue between the tslearn and scikit-learn versions that you provided, could you help take a look at this error?

Hi, first of all thank you for trying out our code. Unfortunately we are no longer maintaining this repository. This was the work of my master thesis and since then a lot of work has been done. We are currently working on a new (and better) repository for Lasts.

Regarding your specific problem, since the code was written between 2019 and 2020, probably you need to build a conda environment with older packages. You could try with something like scikit-learn==0.22.

I'm sorry for not being able to give you more help, I will notify you when the new repository will be available.
