Please cut new release

In Gentoo we have a compilation bug https://bugs.gentoo.org/875275
I am unable to reproduce the with tip of devel branch on same system and with same parameters as system build.

New release would be best solution for the problem, plus it was eight years since last one and some patches in-between, it's time.

I've created a new release, 0.0.14.1 to address this issue; could you check whether it works? Also note the tarball is now hosted at https://kiwi.pr0.tips/libsrsirc-0.0.14.1.tar.gz instead of at the former domain (penenen.de).
