PASS-9 R5-honest fix — CITATION.cff describes wrong repo

PASS-9 deep-sweep across the Trinity hive (companion to trios#766 and the t27 placeholder-DOI thread #600) discovered that CITATION.cff in this repo is a verbatim copy of gHashTag/trinity/CITATION.cff.

Fix plan (companion PR)

Rewrite CITATION.cff to honestly describe trinity-fpga:

  • Title and abstract describe the FPGA synthesis scope (T27 VM, openxc7-synth, ternary computing).
  • State explicitly that trinity-fpga has no independent DOI as of PASS-9 audit.
  • Use a preferred-citation block pointing to the parent Trinity v2.0.3 FPGA release (10.5281/zenodo.18950696), with annotation that FPGA releases live outside the curated S³AI v5.0 community.
  • Update url and repository-code to the correct repo.
  • Keywords refocused on FPGA synthesis topics.
