Validate calibration devices when filled to telescope model

Confirm / fix that we have a list of calibration devices defined similar to the telescope naming. Confirm that these are validated.

Checked this and confirm that this is the case.

1. calibration devices are defined in src/simtools/resources/array_elements.yml
2. simtools.utils.names.validate_array_element_name uses this list and is called in the constructor of the ModelParameter class
3. calbration devices are defined through CalibrationModel(ModelParameter) - so the validation is always done during class init.

All good - I close this issue then.
