Document `info.yaml`

The info.yaml is not fully documented.
I was surprised to see a convert and disk key in info.yaml as convert is only documented as a file that may reside in a feature directory.
disk is not documented at all.

What's the implication of the type you define in info.yaml? There's Platform, Feature, Modifier, Element. But it's not obvious why you have to define it and what's builder does for every type.
Also I think there's a mistake: In the table those types are capitalized. I guess they have to be lower case?

The convert and disk stuff in info.yaml is outdated and replaced by {image|convert}.* script in feature directories and fstab/fstab.mod

We should update all info.yaml accordingly and document both image/convert scripts and fstab.mod.
The fstab.mod doc can probably be taken from this PR message: gardenlinux/gardenlinux#717
