DR playbooks must be reviewed regularly to ensure they remain accurate and actionable. Outdated playbooks can lead to failed recovery attempts during actual disasters. Playbooks must be reviewed at least every 6 months.

• Steps are specific enough for someone unfamiliar with the service
• Post-recovery validation steps are included

• Multiple causes and outcomes are considered
