I think the instructions for the Introduction to Copilot Spaces were written before some changes were made to the security. If I try to execute the prompts to create issues/PRs from the space conversation window, it fails because it doesn't have access to those tools, but I can do it from the main conversation window; I just have to provide all of the context again.
Also I wasn't able to approve the PR because the actions were taken under my account, so I added a rule to work around that. This caused the next step to fail because because the agent bypassed creating an Issue/PR and just updated the file directly.
