Installation problems #4

Hi thanks for you efforts!
However, I have some questions;
It installs (the node modules) into in the ../../-folder, which is a bit confusing.
My impression is that the normal behaviour is to install to the current directory.
Also, the seed itself isn't installed. For me, the expected result is something like:
node_modules/dependencies
app/index.html
.
Either way, are you focusing on SystemJS now?
