Force-directed diagrams cannot be displayed at 100% size by default

Force-directed diagrams rendered with different edges and nodes never fit perfectly onto a fixed-size canvas, resulting in incomplete displays that require constant mouse scrolling to adjust the view. Is there a better way to ensure the diagram loads at 100% on the page by default?
