Convert rescript-ecosystem from stale gitlink to tracked directory
The gitlink (mode 160000) was orphaned — no .gitmodules entry, no .git inside. Removed nested .git dirs from cadre-router and dom-mounter (pointed at now-deleted GitHub repos). All content now properly tracked as regular files. Also includes cadre-tea-router rescued from archive. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
