chore(contractiles): delete root contractiles/ + fix Trustfille.a2ml typo

Root contractiles/ removed — .machine_readable/contractiles/ is canonical
per rsr-template-repo standard and instant-sync.yml CI expectation.
Also removed trust/Trustfille.a2ml (double-l typo); correct
trust/Trustfile.a2ml already present.
