Scripts - HRRR - Can't download a single day

Trying to run and just download a single day from HRRR was broken with the last update

download_hrrr.sh 20251001 Azure
Invalid input. Use either: YYYY MM [Archive] OR YYYYMMDD,YYYYMMDD [Archive]

The expected call to download a single day is download_hrrr.sh 20251001,20251001 Azure as noted here. If this behavior isn't desirable though, we can add this as a task

Hm. This feels quite un-intuitive having to repeat the same day twice if I only want one. Still vote to just support a single day argument, which I seem to recall was supported with the earlier version before changes to the parsing logic

A sample use case for a single argument would be operational runs, where each morning the previous day gets simulated (i.e. at the CBRFC)

Hm, interesting, I must have made some changes locally a while back and forgotten, been downloading single days with the comma separation for a while. Changing to intuitively handle single date with light input validation, following date range branch
