Fix link targets for table of contents

I suggest to fix the referential integrity for the used links.

Thanks for another documentation update.

I find the specifications still improvable for link targets.

• The text behind the number sign in URLs should be identical to the value of the attribute “id” (in the referenced information items), shouldn't it?
  (Is there a need to reconsider also the handling of link markup by GitHub tools?)
• Will it become helpful to add labels to the presented analysis examples (with useful identifiers)?
