Why is nodejs required in this project?

I dont see it used anywere. Other than in tsconfig.js, which in turn seems useless because there are no ts or tsx files in the project.

Is this a vestigial requirement in README that was not removed?

PS: Kudos on using Avalonia, love to see it used in the real world.
