Describe the bug*
When using the InvenTree mobile app on iPhone and iPad, the Parts → Categories view only shows the first-level categories. Subcategories are not displayed or navigable.
This makes it impossible to browse inventory organized using nested category structures.
This may be related to or a regression of issue inventree/InvenTree#791 (App not showing subcategories), which was recently marked as completed.

Open Categories
Select a category that contains subcategories
Expected behaviour
Opening a category should display its subcategories.
User should be able to navigate deeper into the category tree before viewing parts.
