Is it dependent on isaac-sim 5.0.0 or 5.1.0?

In the Dockerfile I can see 5.0.0, but in the documentation it is 5.1.0.

We upgraded Base docker to be built on Sim 5.1 on main. For release/0.1.1, it's on Sim 5.0.
