Cannot install on Windows 8 64

Getting the error "Mircrosoft Visual C++ 10.0 is required (Unable to find vcvarshall.bat" during pip install.

Then if I try to run bipython, I get "fcntl" is not defined.

Could you provide a wheel for it ?
