`AFTER` doesn't modify existing notes

Also not sure if the rest of AFTER functionality is congruent. It should probably change the parameter of recorded notes too, which is not happening.

I'm not sure this helps, but on the MPC3000 the AFTER functionality would (if I'm not mistaken) affect whichever was the last recorded use of the note variation slider (TUNE, DECAY, etc.)

Hi Izmar, I think the AFTER functionality is working. I was playing with it, and I was able to move the slider up and down and record its movements into the sequencer. When the AFTER button was engaged, I could still adjust the the range in a live fashion, and re-record over its movements. I couldn't tell if there were any noticeable issues of note yet. This was for (C25.)
