Firstly I just want to say that VMPC has gotten a lot more stable from my experience, with most of the issues I experienced being fixed. Very nice job! However, I did notice a possible regression in mixer-related events, which I was (mostly) able to reproduce with a new project file and recorded in the video below:
mixeroddities.mp4
In the first part, I display the step editor to show the STEREO PAN events that I added to a note. In the second part, I switch over to the mixer screen and play the sequence from the start to show the panning in action. The first few STEREO PAN events seem to get skipped for some reason, but once the sequence repeats, all of the STEREO PAN events play as intended.
There's another much minor oddity with the panning that I couldn't reproduce in this new project, that being the left and right panning getting swapped. It happened in another project I'm working on, but if I can figure out how to reproduce it in a new project, I'll make another post with a video showing it occur. If I can fix it in the project it's happening in, then I'll edit this part to say that I resolved it and how I did so. Otherwise, it's not that much of a problem for me, just a bit curious as to how that one happened.
