feat: Allow to setup a different infection executable

Would it make sense to allow to use a different infection executable that the default one? (if yes I think above "Test runner options" would be the spot)

@xepozz unless I misunderstood something, the field added is "command" which would solve #28, but this one was about the infection executable itself.

For example in the infection repository we sometimes switch to bin/infection-debug instead of bin/infection. Of course you could always change it in the general settings currently, but that means you do not have the option to easily change it on a config basis (although, granted, I don't think it is that common of a use case)
