Issue with the focus change #2109

Hi Team,
Currently I am using v16.0.4. I am facing an issue in our website like if we are selecting any country from the dropdown its adding country code to the input field and then its changing the focus to phone number field. So, the screen reader user will not have proper info regarding this.
So, Can I get any suggestions to overcome this?
Is Accessibility provided via ARIA tags is available in v16.0.4?
May I know from which version we have Accessibility provided via ARIA tags?
How to implement Accessibility provided via ARIA tags?
