Invalid cellular signal values

In a low signal environment (inside workshop trying to connect to 5G), both modems sometimes show this value for the signal, which is the minimum value of a 16 bit signed int. This should ideally be filtered out before it gets to local UI. Also it's sometimes 0, which is also not true.
