`uvx jbang app setup` does not work (on Windows)

Use `uvx --from jbang jbang-python.exe` instead.

I realized the issue is that uvx jbang atually runs jbang available in path...NOT the default binary from the jbang package.

so yes uvx --from jbang jbang-python is what acutally works now.

which is annoying as it would be so much more sensible if uvx would run the actual package not the path binary.

will need to see what can be done as uvx --from jbang jbang-python is about a mile long.
