Idea: Add an overlay with character usage for a given phase/bracket

As a streamer, I want to be able to show the character usage stats for a given phase on StartGG, in the form of a list. As such, TSH should be able to extract the most used character in a given phase, as well as the number of players using each character, and the list of players using said characters. Then, a widget overlay should be able to convey that information in a stream-friendly human-readable form. (e.g. see below an example from Tiermaker)
