Merging your fixes in Mustache/Markdown?

Hey John, you inspired me to start my own blog, and would love to use this engine.

I was wondering if you could try to PR on Markdown/Mustache with your fixes? I'm having the same problems as you faced.

I'll make sure to make a PR for the mustache changes.

I made a PR for the markdown changes but I think the best solution will be to write a transformer that copies any attributes on a <pre> element to the underlying <code> element.
