Tag a stable release

Hello,

Could you please tag a stable release?

Projects using composer must set the minimum-stability property to "dev".

Before tagging the release its recommended to remove the 'version' property from the composer.json file, since packagist.org uses github releases as version numbers.

@TheDigitalOrchard I almost feel bad for such a necro post here but do you know if they ever plan to set a stable version on this?

Tempted to fork and tag a v1.0 for the aforementioned reasons listed by @rogervila .

Just as a side note since it's been so long since there's been a reply here, I've forked and released a "1.0.0" version.
