td.sh works on non Internet environment

td.sh start will install tomcat on docker container or ssh remote machine:

• checking the remote tomcat existing;
• download tomcat on local machine if it's not exists;
• transfer the local tomcat tgz and sha1 file to remote;

[junjiemars]

td.sh will checking tc.sh:

• current working directory;
• td.sh script location;
• in $PATH;
