Failed to connect with the network

I've used SW proxy for a while but all of a sudden I can not connect to sw when doing all the steps for it and tried using other servers and rebooted router

I've been having the same problem for awhile now. "Failed to connect with the network. Please try again later.(7)). and I get that message.

Same issue with the latest SW patch !
