Plugin installation problem

When I try to install this plugin:
cordova plugin add https://github.com/FWiner/cordova-plugin-android-background-mode

It gives me this error:
cordova plugin add https://github.com/FWiner/cordova-plugin-android-background-mode
Failed to fetch plugin https://github.com/FWiner/cordova-plugin-android-background-mode via registry.
Probably this is either a connection problem, or plugin spec is incorrect.
Check your connection and plugin name/version/URL.
CordovaError: Error: No git binary found in $PATH

how can I solve it?
