Track properly kselftest build issues #567

@nuclearcat

Description

@nuclearcat

We are not tracking right now build failures of kselftest.
Whole kselftest build is represented as separate node, but thats it, it is not even tracker for regressions.

Proper way will be tracking results of build for each kselftest suite as individual test, so we can detect/register test regression and track improvements on each, as we report or fix kselftest builds one by one.

Recent failure discussed in maillist, topic 'Re: [PATCH 5/6] selftests: Preserve subtarget failures in all/install'

Also it will be good thing to not run test suites depending on particular kselftest, if this kselftest build failed.
