1000 crates with one station doesnt work after restart

I have a big storage room with most of the blocks and items, whenever i restart the server the station doesnt work even thot it says 1000+ valid, if i insert items manually on each crate or break them and place them again it continues to work, what might be the issue.
Im on the latest version

Are you using the mod as part of a larger modpack? I'd like to bugtest on your world if possible. Let me know if that's something you can do please.

I'm just trying to recreate the conditions for the bug, and I'm currently not able to.
When you say breaking/inserting manually makes it work again, do you mean that changing one of the crates fixes the whole network or something else?

This is how the setup is, practically lets say i have stone blocks, after restart if i enter them from the station its says no match, if i go and insert one on the stone crate and then go to the station it will work again only for stone, i have to do this for every crate.

Ah I see. How big is your world size in gigabytes and do you have easy access to the server? I hate to be a pain but debugging this would be much easier if I can access the world.

If it's too much trouble then don't worry of course, I can try other methods.

It definitely sounds like something in the backend of my network graph code is going wrong on load though.
