~/.bashrc echo Chinese will cause SFTP connection failures

Error info:
```
sftp failed to allocate. generic failure
```

Now I delete echo "中文***"  commands in ~/.bashrc, it worked. Will future versions support Chinese characters in the echo command  in ~/.bashrc?
