Fix correct and wrong option functionality

Fixing correct and wrong answer
When clicking the option it shows every option as wrong

** Step to reproduce

• login to the app
• select quiz category
• select options

Expected behavior
On clicking the option

• if it's right it should show green button
• If wrong it should show red button and also correct answer and move to next next question.
